These terms apply to the VestRadar website and portfolio tracking application. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

What the service provides

VestRadar helps you record and analyse portfolios containing stocks, ETFs, crypto, fiat cash and stablecoins. You can enter transactions manually, import supported files, and view holdings, valuations and profit or loss.

VestRadar does not execute trades, hold assets, provide tax reports or give personalised investment advice. You remain responsible for your investment and financial decisions.

Public beta and data limitations

The service is in public beta. Features may change, interruptions may occur, and errors may affect imports, prices or calculations. Market data can be delayed, incomplete or unavailable; import support does not cover every broker or exchange activity.

Review import warnings and verify your records against original broker or exchange statements. Keep your source records and export important transactions. Portfolio displays should not be treated as an authoritative statement or a guaranteed executable market price.

Your account and content

Use only data you are authorised to upload. You retain ownership of your content and allow VestRadar to process it to provide the service, including storage, calculations, support and service operation as described in the Privacy Policy.

Keep account credentials secure. Access to an anonymous portfolio depends on its browser identity cookie; clearing or losing that cookie can prevent access. Register an account if you need a reusable sign-in method.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another user's data, bypass security controls, upload malicious content or deliberately disrupt the service. Access may be restricted when necessary to address misuse or protect the service and its users.

Availability and changes

VestRadar does not promise uninterrupted availability, a guaranteed support response time or error-free results. Features and these terms may be updated as the beta develops. This page shows the date of the latest revision.

These terms do not exclude rights or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
